Sagepay Security Statement

As a payment service provider (PSP), thousands of businesses outsource their transaction security to us. It is our top priority to ensure that your customers’ transaction data is kept secure at all times.

Transaction security

All transaction information passed between merchant sites and Sage Pay’s systems is encrypted using 128-bit SSL certificates. No cardholder information is ever passed unencrypted and any messages sent to your servers from Sage Pay are signed using MD5 hashing to prevent tampering. You can be completely assured that nothing you pass to Sage Pay’s servers can be examined, used or modified by any third parties attempting to gain access to sensitive information.

Encryption and Data Storage

Once on our systems, all sensitive data is secured using the same internationally recognised 256-bit encryption standards used by, among others, the US Government. The encryption keys are held on state-of-the-art, tamper proof systems in the same family as those used to secure VeriSign's Global Root certificate, making them all but impossible to extract. The data we hold is extremely secure and we are regularly audited by the banks and banking authorities to ensure it remains so.

System security

Sage Pay’s systems are scanned quarterly by Trustwave which are an independent Qualified Security Assessor (QSA) and an Approved Scanning Vendor (ASV) for the payment card brands.

Sage pay is also audited annually under the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS) and is a fully approved Level 1 payment services provider, which is the highest level of compliance. We are also active members of the PCI Security Standards Council (SSC) that defines card industry global regulation.

PayPal Security Statement

The PayPal site is highly secure. We use industry-leading technology (such as SSL) to keep your information safe.

PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available). Before you even register or log in to the PayPal site, our server checks that you're using an approved browser - one that uses SSL 3.0 or higher.

Once your information reaches the PayPal site, it resides on a server that is heavily guarded both physically and electronically. PayPal servers sit behind an electronic firewall and are not directly connected to the internet, so your private information is available only to authorized computers.

Order Dispatch Policy

Standard Delivery: All products that display the “Standard Dispatch” message will be dispatched within 3 working days and should reach you within 3 working days.

Express Delivery: All products that display the “Express Dispatch” message and where the "Express Delivery” *delivery option has been selected will dispatched within one working day or if the order is placed before 2pm it will be dispatched that day and will reach you within 2 working days at the most, but usually, Next Working Day.

Cancellations and Refunds

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched. If your order has been dispatched and you wish to cancel it you must return it to us in its original condition and packaging and a refund will be given.

*Please Note: Each of our products has a Dispatch message alongside it, this indicates a product that may be out of stock in our warehouse but is due in very soon.

Special Instructions

Any special instructions left with your order will be followed at the driver's discretion; any parcels which are requested to be left without a signature will be done so at your own risk and at the discretion of the courier driver. Please do not ask for a specific delivery date as these instructions are picked up by our courier only. We will email you once your order has been packed and is ready for collection from the courier. Our couriers will then be in touch with more specific timings of delivery.


We are pleased to offer a no-quibble cancellation policy, which is in addition to your statutory rights.
Should your purchase disappoint in any way, you may normally cancel your purchase provided you notify us before, or within 14 days after delivery. Your product must be complete, unused and in “as new” condition (e. g., if you have opened the box to examine the product you must have done so without damaging or marking the product in any way). It should be returned with the original box, packing and accessories. With cancellations or exchanges it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the goods are returned. If it is a large article and you would like us to have it collected from your home please contact us and we will arrange for this on your behalf. Please be aware, there will be a charge for this service.

To return an order or part order, please log into your account online. Choose the order you would like to return e.g. WEB0001. Tick the box of each item you wish to return and choose the reason for the return. A confirmation email will be sent to you, please print off the PDF Form and return to us with your order.

Please be aware that if the goods delivered are in perfect working order and you have changed your mind or require a different size/colour etc then you may be charged for the original postage cost as well as the cost of postage for your exchanged goods.
Transit damage
All goods are examined in detail by ourselves prior to despatch to ensure that they leave our warehouse in perfect condition. However, transit damage unfortunately can occur. If your purchase is showing obvious signs of transit damage upon delivery, please refuse to accept delivery and notify us immediately. If damage is only evident upon opening of packaging, then you must inform us within 48 hours of receipt. In either case, we will then arrange re-delivery of replacement goods as soon as possible. All damaged goods must be kept until until we have advised you on wether we will be colloecting them or that you can dispose of them. Please be aware that photographic evidence of damages will be required before any further action can be taken.
Faulty goods
Goods are fully guaranteed against faults in manufacture, materials or workmanship for a period of 12 months from delivery. No warranty is made in respect of commercial rather than domestic use. If your goods develop a fault within 28 days of delivery, the goods may be returned for either refund in full, or replacement. Replacement only is offered after 28 days and before 12 months. These promises do not apply to faults caused by accident, neglect or misuse.
